Annemette Danielsen has a long track record pursuing reviews and evaluations, also as team leader.
She has particular expertise in capacity assessments and in needs based design of comprehensive capacity building plans to support southern NGOs.
She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, previously engaged in international teacher training and managing international NGO networks.
Her sector focus is on education (ECD/ECCD), formal/informal, vocational and adult education) and on protection with expertise in vulnerable groups and specialization in women, children and youth – founded on rights based approaches and advocacy.
She has comprehensive knowledge about applied research methodology, i.e. action oriented research, Positive Deviance along with participatory approaches including Most Significant Change. She also supports strategic planning processes, most prominently Theory of Change and advocacyplanning. Moreover, she is passionate about documentation and evidence tracking methods.
